It just blows my mind that Lionsgate can make such a big error, I mean, don't they have at least one person that checks the master discs before they go to duplication/manufacturing?? But then again one can wonder how they managed to get things wrong when they made the master version in the first ...

Hello! I'm also having the defect season 4 DVDs which I bought from Amazon, I sent them an email and they sent me a new season 4 box, but it had the same problem :( After that I kinda lost interest in trying to get another box, since it would most likely be faulty. This is a bit more than a year ago ...
