What's NEW in your collection?
What new stuff have you added to your ALF - collection?
Within less than 2 weeks I've struck GOLD! 3 ALF pins, 3 ALF refrigerator amgnets, a keychain, A Coffe-mug, a framed poster with ALF holding a pair of sunglasses saying: "Keep Cool", I'm getting a congrats card today in the mail (probably), an ALF book, and of course, my ALF autograph!!
And in the end of the week or in the beginning of next, I will get 3 Topps stickers packages with stickers AND gum, unopened for 18 years!

I WAS AT A FLEA MARKET IN WEST LOS ANGELES CA. AN PURCHASED ABOUT A HUNDRED ANIMATION CELLS FROM THE ALFTALES, WHICH WAS ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE CARTOONS. I WAS SO PLEASED TO FIND THIS BLOG, WHENEVER I MENTION THIS CARTOON PEOPLE LOOK AT ME AS IF I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD EVER WATCHED IT. ANY OTHER ALFTALES FANS OUT THERE? GIVE US A SHOUT.

PRIVATEER90077,
I have watched and enjoyed most of the "ALF Tales" cartoons, but they just don't grab me with the same intensity as episodes of the "ALF TV Series". Anyway, since "ALF Tales" one of your favorite antimated cartoons, great find for you and welcome to the Forum.

Re: What's NEW in your collection?
OK Wow, it took my days to log in here because i forgot my password and i forgot what email i use...lol
But anyway, New additions to my collection are my new Alf charmlink watch..it gets kinda annoying because it pulls the hair on my arm..but i still like it. And some old bubble stickers and alf cards with the bubblegum inside..but im smart enough not to eat it.
I would have totally bought an alf costume for Halloween but they dont look realistic enough for me....

Re: What's NEW in your collection?
Queenie,
Glad you found your way back onto the Forum.
Suggestion:
Since you absolutely must wear the ALF watch, you probably should look into lazer removal of the hair on your arm. HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Warning:
Chewing the "old" gum in the ALF Trading Card Packages may result in you having the same number of teeth as ALF.

I bought some stickers from the cartoon of ALF TAS. Pretty rare around here I think, never seen them before.

Re: What's NEW in your collection?
Haha, sorry for the very late reply (over 3 years). Of course, I didn't try the gums, though it is tempting, I mean what's the worst that could happen?Admin wrote:...I would not be able to resist the temptation to try the gum
I just won the 2 ALF tapes other than the original one you got with the Story-telling ALF doll;
Hansel & Gretel & Alf and The Tortoise & the Alfer
and
Goldi-ALF and Snow White and the 7 Whitecaps
Plus, they were all new in package in good condition, there were 2 copies of the first tape I listed here, both new in package. That way I can keep one MIB for display and play the other one, sweet It cost me 36 dollars, what hurt the most was the shipping though, always does on Ebay
(I asked the seller not to include the plush's since they were not complete, and because I already had one of them, this was I saved on shipping.)

Re: What's NEW in your collection?
AxelFoley,
Recent additions to your ALF collection appear to indicate that you have way too much money now that you have a job. Did you get my Christmas present yet? Should I send you a copy of the 31 page "wish list" that was included in my "letter to Santa"?

Re: What's NEW in your collection?
Received this on Friday:
The seller claimed it was the size Large, but it has to be Medium because American t-shirt sizes are always bigger than the European counterpart. It still fit good though, so I'm happy.

Re: What's NEW in your collection?
AxelFoley,
Are you aware that your recently received ALF T-shirt is most likely a "knockoff" (unlicensed product). since there is no Alien Productions Inc. trademark printed on, or along the border of, the image displayed?

Re: What's NEW in your collection?
so the "real" original shirts have copyright info along the image? Guess it really doesn't matter the shirt is cool.

Re: What's NEW in your collection?
Didn't realise it had to say that on the actual picture, I assumed it would say so on the tag. Anyway, I honestly couldn't care less, the shirt looks great and is of great quality, that's all I asked for and that's what I received.ALFanatic wrote:AxelFoley,

Re: What's NEW in your collection?
Received these today, definitely something I'll consider some of my favorite objects in my ALF collection:
A complete set of 8 (only 4 are shown on the picture) lobby cards for ALF Der Film (Project: ALF) from when it was shown in cinemas in Germany, in MINT condition. I had one of these lobby-cards before, but now that I have the whole set I have a spare one for trade & such.

Re: What's NEW in your collection?
Wow! I wish I had all this ALF merch coming in the mail
I am heading home today for the weekend so I made a list of all the merchandise I could remember that I have of ALF. It's a huge list too! I will attempt to get everything rounded up and get a few snapshots for our newly created hall of fame
Jeremiah,
Might I make a suggestion that someday you should create a page for the site called "The ALF Wall of Fame" which features fan submitted photos of their ALF collection? Would be really cool!
