Just wanted to say hello, I'm a new user of this site!

Also came with my a question.

I red that there is different episodes of Alf, cut and uncut.

Were the uncut episodes only on TV?
Did they release uncut DVDs in Canada? if yes, then how can I tell if mine is?

If you have the licensed DVD sets, then they are CUT/SYNDICATED episodes, unfortunately.

Like they did here in Canada with Family channel, before I started watching !!

Unfortunately, here in the U.S. most unlilely we will ever again get to see reruns of the original, uncut episodes from the ALF TV Series; however, I have no idea what might be your chances in Canada,

FYI, an Australian Member of the Forum reports that original, uncut episodes from the ALF TV Series are currently being shown as reruns in his country (also formerly a part of the British Empire).

Lucky-ftw, the Australian Member who provided TV Station Info., claims the reruns airing on "111 HITS" are the uncut episodes, based upon run time which he states he has timed.
