why was alf files only a canadian release?

Hi,
I am from Canada. ALF Files was a Canadian only release because the company that released the video is from Canada and seems to only release their products country wide. Recently they have opened an office in the USA called VSC USA to release products in the States. I am unsure if the ALF Files was ever released in the States anytime after the inital release in Canada.

At some point in time years ago, "ALF Files" DVD was definitely released for U.S. distribution, since I have the DVD known to have been purchased from a major online U.S.A. distributor.

Thanks for that Mike. That's interesting to know. Anyone in the US who doesn't have this release should find it and buy it. 6 unedited episodes with a few Special Features.
