Free The Ears Of Plush ALF

A recent photo containing a plush ALF in another Topic on this ALF Merchandise and Collectibles Forum reminded me of a gross oversight that still continues, but should most certainly be corrected.

Many plush ALFs shipped from different manufacturers had, and often still have, the ears tacked back against ALF's head. I am guessing this cruel tatic was implemented as a protective measure to avoid potential dismemberment of ALF's ears either during shipment, or while on retail display prior to sale.

ALL OWNERS OF PLUSH ALFS - FREE ALF'S EARS FROM CONFINEMENT AND LET THEM PROUDLY PROTRUDE FROM HIS HEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Holy crap you're right! 3 of my plush dolls have the ears stuck to his head, but I don't dare to free them. Maybe they will break

What's to break? You very carefully snip and remove the loop of thread holding the center of ALF's ears against his head, while the base of each ear continues to remain securely sewn to ALF's head.

UPDATE: I have successfully freed my mid-size ALF plush from the horrors he has faced for the past 20 years. His ears are now free, and soon he'll be followed by his brothers.

Of all the years I have had my ALF's, I can't believe I never picked up on that! I will set my ALF's free this weekend!
