Yep came out about 2003-2005 there was a series of about 4 or 5 t-shirts I have a couple of them but never got around to getting this one.

Over the years have seen lots of ALF product, but do not recall having ever seen the T-shirt in question.
You mention that the T-shirt was part of series of T-shirts of which you have several. Do you recall source from which you purchased other T-shirts in the series? Perhaps that source still in business and available to be contacted.
Anything is possible, but my opinion the T-shirt you seek is/was not offically licensed ALF merchandise.

When ALF's Hit Talk Show was airing the NBC Store had several ALF shirts (I bought the ALF in Space shirt)...could it have been on that site? Looking back, I wish I would have bought every shirt available at the time.

I got these two t-shirts in 2003 they were officially licensed by Alien Productions 2002 I got them online at a tv entertainment store in the US but cant remember which one. I have another one but its in the wash at the moment!
Picture quality is not great as I was in a rush and took the pics on my phone.
