ALF in Stories from the Quilt?
Not sure how I missed this one but apparently ALF appears in the 1989 documentary Stories From The Quilt, anyone seen it?

Re: ALF in Stories from the Quilt?
I found it in my local library, its a very moving real life documentary about Aids made in 1988.
In one scene a young boy has caught Aids and his parents want him to live out his childhood before he passes away so they arrange for ALF to talk to him through their tv set.
Its only a short scene but very touching.
Here are some screengrabs

I have added this clip to my site this month.
Just proves how much heart the creators of ALF had and what a wonderful thing to do for this boy.

WOW! That goes double for me. I completely missed this topic! I could have sworn I read something about this some years ago, I even mentioned it on the forum and I remember Mike didn't believe such a thing existed. This isn't somthing you see everyday. Such a lovely thing to do for the poor kid.Admin wrote:No idea how I missed this thread when you posted it last year - looks interesting, I look forward to watching the clip when I get home tomorrow!
