I think this is a really good episode. It's funny at the beginning when ALF is watching Raquel and Trevor arguing and gives them points. xD

Re: #21: Lookin' Through the Windows
I'm not really sure if it deserves a strong 4 or a 5-star rating, but it's definitely up there among the best episodes of the season.
This episode probably has the funniest scene of any ALF episode IMO. I laugh so hard my stomach hurts every time I see it. The scene I'm referring to is the one where Willie has told ALF to leave the Ochmoneks house while he stalls Trevor on the phone. ALF walks by behind Trevor's back and sees Willie through the window and puts on this stupid smile while he has that look of excitement that only kids can have and starts to wave to Willie at the same time, as if to say "Hey, I can see you from here! Can you see me??" He passes by Trevor and look over to Willie again and does the exact same thing all over again, even though he'd already realised Willie could see him from there just a couple of seconds ago.
It's so funny because it's such an unnecessary thing to do when your existence could be at stake, yet so innocent like which makes it so sweet. God, that scene is so priceless.
Another great scene is the very first one, when ALF is wearing that shirt "that people wear when they sweat in movies" So true!

That scene is awesome! I forgot to mention it. I laugh so hard everytime, and when Willie yells: "Noooooooo!" in the phone.

Re: #21: Lookin' Through the Windows
This is actually one of my favorite episodes of ALF. I just love how ALF uses Willie's name..."some guy named Willie Tanner called...says you buried your wife in the backyard."
My favorite scene would be where Willie is yelling at ALF (who is in the Ochmonek's house) through the bedroom window. I could laugh at that for hours! Though I must point out that the scene where Trevor is holding an ice pick in the window in the dark did scare me as a child

Yeah, that is the one I wrote being my favorite as well. You could just see the desperation on Willie's face when he yelled at ALFAdmin wrote:My favorite scene would be where Willie is yelling at ALF (who is in the Ochmonek's house) through the bedroom window. I could laugh at that for hours!

I give it a 3-star rating. It's kinda funny but I think I preferred some of the other episodes in the series.

Re: #21: Lookin' Through the Windows
There are some bugging me about this episode. Why would Trevor dig a hole for his steak? And what was the scene where alf revealed himself to Trevor and policeman about?

Trevor buried the steak because it went bad and was stinking up the house, why he didn't just throw it away in the garbage I have no idea. I don't remember a scene where ALF revels himself to trevor and the policemen.
let's face it, I'm unforgettable!

Alf is coming through the door for a short moment.

If i remember correctly, Trevor replied "What's that?" to alf coming in the door. It sure was weird.

Re: #21: Lookin' Through the Windows
okay, I just got the DVD boxset of the uncut episodes and a found this scene, looks like ALF tried to sneak over into the Ochmonek's house while the lights went out hoping no one would see him, but the lights come back on for a brief moment and trevor sees him. no idea why he would try to sneak back over to the Ochmonek's house though.
this scene was cut out in the syndicated episodes so that is why some people might be confused.

My feelings, exactly. Those two particular scenes have me busting out laughing no matter how many millions of times I have seen the episodes.Admin wrote:This is actually one of my favorite episodes of ALF.
