2011 ALF TV Summer Giveaway!

When this was started in 2007 the intention was to make it a yearly event...needless to say that didn't happen. Fingers crossed that this time it will happen I am much more "settled" than in years past (job situation, financially, not moving all the time, more of a set schedule, etc.) so I'm fairly confident that it will happen. Making it a yearly thing will help bring some of the same members back from year to year, which would only be a good thing.

I'm very glad that everyone enjoyed it the last time (and hopefully it will be the same this time).

As the summer giveway contest draws to a close I thought I would comment about each of the prizes and how to weigh them should you be one of the winners...

US of ALF Trading Cards/Stickers--This is an entirely cool collection of 51 trading cards (that are also stickers) manufactured by Zoot in 1988. Each card has a cartoon rendition of ALF appearing with a landmark or something unique about each State. The backs have information on each State. A great way to get young ALF fans interested in the States and/or a nice collectible for fans of any age.

ALF Script--Obviously this would be like owning a piece of ALF history. An actual shooting script from the series.

ALF DVD Box Set--If you're missing a season, or just starting a collection, this would be a nice way to go.

ALF or ALF Tales DVD--Of course these are the animated ALF cartoons series. Lesser known that the live action series, these would make a nice curiousity piece.

ALF Official Mug--Now start your morning with a coffee and ALF, or end your day with coco and everyone's favorite Alien Life Form.

So while we wait to find out who the lucky five will be, we can all pause and think about which of these we would want to ask for the most.
