5 stars from me all right. I love when ALF makes things worse by pretending there're hostages, then altering his voice quite unconvincingly to sound as though there're many people in there. And the things he makes them say!

Watching this episode right now and I noticed something wierd when ALF spooks the burglar and cops show up. Unless my ears deceive me, when ALF says, "MOMMY!" You can hear it a few seconds before it comes out of his mouth. I don't know if that was Paul Fusco doing it and maybe there was a little lag between playback. Just something wierd I noticed. This 2 - parter is one of my fav episodes, btw so 5 stars from me.
