It is with great sorrow that I inform everyone that Mark (ALFsince86) passed away on August 3rd.

Mark Lee Ebert, age 37, of Lancaster, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at Fairfield Medical Center.
He was born February 24, 1974 in Columbus, Ohio. Mark graduated from Beavercreek High School, Beavercreek, OH; received a bachelor's degree in Pastoral Studies from Columbia International University; was a member of the First Baptist Church of Carroll; worked at Verizon Wireless; served as pulpit supply for various Southern Baptist Churches in Ohio; volunteered for MDA telethons; and was an avid collector of entertainment memorabilia.

Mark is survived by his parents, Charles and Carol Ebert; brother, Michael (Linda) Ebert; sister, Mary Ebert; nephews, Brandon and Justin; nieces, Brianna and Jessica; grandmother, Eileen Kelly; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

I very much enjoyed chatting with Mark through email/PM. One of the nicest people I have ever come across online, and he will truly be missed.

Rest in peace, Mark.

This came as a big shock to me, as it probably did to everyone else as well. 37 is way too young for anyone to go. I can't believe he's really gone. He was a valued member of this forum, as good as they come and we'll sure notice his absence.
