Breaking News: The Hub acquires Alf; Begins airing June 4

The Hub (formerly Discovery Kids) has acquired Alf and will air the series in its sitcom block Monday-Thursday at 8:30pm ET with an encore at 2:30am ET.

Wasn't aware that this hit the news yet, great to hear! I was contacted by The Hub in November, and again last month because they were looking to talk with Paul Fusco. I was under the impression that promotions (TV, online, radio, etc.) would be starting early-mid July, which is why I was surprised to see this thread. They will even be using Facebook and other social networks to do promotion - hopefully that will help reach a young and new audience as well! They have a lot of great ideas in mind to promote ALF - I was actually able to view the PowerPoint overview.

I'm looking forward to this - first time it will have been on the air since 2009!
