I had one, but never really bothered with it/understood the purpose fully, so I deleted my account. Perhaps my girlfriend can subscribe for me

I too do not have a personal Twitter account (seems to me like a watered down Facebook - just my opinion though). Great tool for social networking, so I'm going to roll with it

I signed up when it first came about because I always like to jump on things that are becoming popular in order to reserve my preferred user name, but I never really use it. I have heard though, that you can link it to your Facebook account so that your Tweets will also post to Facebook, so maybe that would be good for reaching the non-Twitter users.
