thanks! I used adobe premiere pro CS5, it lets you manipulate the video footage to any size you want and overlap video footage so you can multiple footage going on at once, that is how I did this video.

got to warn you though, it's a really expensive program, it comes with the adobe suite CS5 package, I originally bought the package just for photoshop, but then to started playing with the video editing program and I've gonna pretty good with it.
really like the Gifs, especially the one of lucky spraying ALF. lol!

I see, thanks for the info. I don't have the actual photoshop, but I have photostudio, which is basically a clone of it.
