Re: Cartoons
I think 80's cartoons had the better theme songs.
Re: Cartoons
That's true. Most 80's cartoons had killer theme songs. I still get the Gummi Bears theme song stuck in my head sometimes.
Meddle not in the affairs of animatronic beasts for you are crunchy and make an excellent fuel source

AGREED! I always get the beetlejuice cartoon theme stuck in my head, and the He-Man She-Ra movie theme song.Jessica wrote:I think 80's cartoons had the better theme songs.

I agree too! I loved the theme song to thundercats and TMNT.ALFreak wrote:AGREED! I always get the beetlejuice cartoon theme stuck in my head, and the He-Man She-Ra movie theme song.Jessica wrote:I think 80's cartoons had the better theme songs.

Re: Cartoons
I don't think the 80's can't be beat when it comes to cartoons. The 90's were OK, Batman The Animated Series being the best of the lot.

TMNT, Saber Rider, DuckTales, Chip 'n Dale rescue rangers, TaleSpin, Denver the last dinosaur. Those were the days, there's plenty more but i don't know where to start.

Re: Cartoons
Is bumping an 11 year old thread allowed ?!
My 2 absolute favourites, that sit proudly on my DVD cabinet, are..
Dungeons & Dragons
LOVED this show ! And it`s due a rewatch any day now ! It never got a finale, and for SO long we were left to ponder
whether they got home or not, but thankfully someone made a fan edit, using all the original footage, and the script
to the never made finale, that is included in the DVD boxset I have.
Available for free on youtube, and the title is - Dungeons & Dragons Requiem
And if you remember the show, and want some closure after all these years, watch it, you will not be disappointed.
Dogtanian & the Three Muskehounds
Probably only known by the European fans here, and not sure if it was ever shown over in the US.
Another I absolutely adored as a child, I have series 1 on DVD, bought series 2, but one of the discs was borked, and
wouldn`t play, and given it was nothing like series 1, and was quite terrible, I took it back for a refund.
A few years back, they made a movie based on the first series, and it was incredible ! An amazingly faithful remake
that pays homage to the original, and have to confess, I had tears in my eyes when it finished !
