Script Idea inspired by ALF

I've been taking a script-writing class for fun and the last couple of weeks I've had to come up with possible ideas for a script to write for my final project. One of them I have basically asks the question of what ALF would be like if he was an invader and not a survivor from an exploded planet. Please read and tell me what you think. I have a couple of other script ideas if anybody wants to see them.

sounds like a pretty good story, I like how the alien gets a change of heart about invading earth after he as spent time with the smith family.
