this just arrived today I managed to snag of ebay. the box had a lot of wear to it, but that is okay, I don't care about the box,I cared more about the ALF doll which is still in good condition and works great!

That doll is so cool! I've always wanted one of those, I remember one being sold in Sweden but shot up to a ridiculous amount for me at a very young age.

yeah, same for me, i think i remember these being around that time, but they were either hard to find or a little too expensive for me at the time.

I think I have one of the newer, as pictured above, talking alf dolls.... If I remember correctly they made one in the 80's that had this talking box that had 5/6 different sayings and I know I have 3 or 4 of those. Only issue with the box is if you put a fresh battery in it the box talks way too fast.

One of these days I need to sit down and make an excel sheet of my entire collection lol... Anders wanna come help?

Yeah the collection is still around in its own room these days. I haven't done much with it over the last couple years due to other interest, but sooner or later I need to catalog everything!

Right now everything is packed up in plastic boxes because of the flood. We got lucky and didn't get any water in the house, but I forgot just how much Alf stuff I have... Guess when, Bring Back Alf site owner, said it looked like the largest Alf collection in the world he was probably right lol.
