Wow, what an interesting question. My guess is that he would be dismayed by it but would have to admit to not knowing the best solution to the many issues Israel faces. He would probably call some local access TV talk shows to discuss it.

I doubt ALF would ever care about such things, he doesn't even fully understand how the US election system works.
