I have had a few requests on my Facebook page for the artist and title of this song, does anybody know?

I have some info. The music editor for Project: ALF was Marty Wereski, and he owns the company MarTune music. What this company does is provide music for films recorded by unsigned artists/bands/songwriters. One of us would need to call MarTune music directly to find the name of the band.

Project: ALF is not listed on their website, but I am 99.9% sure it had to be their company that had the contract (since it is Wereski himself who owns the company, and has since 1980 I believe).
