I've looked everywhere on the web, but I can't find the ratings for ALF when it ran during the 1986-1990 period. Was it ever the number #1 show in America?

Unbelievable as it may be, during the 1986 -1990 airing of the original TV series, "ALF" was never even close to being #1 rated show here in the U.S.



1987 - 1988 Ratings:

ALF tied for #10 out of top 20 TV shows



1988 - 1989 Ratings:

ALF tied for #12 out of top 20 TV shows
