Just got back from a trip to europe and saw a poster for an official ALF Steiff collectable.
It's not cheap but looks awesome. Dont think the pre sale has happened yet. Link below:

My ALF Steiff arrived today. I'm really shocked that this hasn't sold out yet, given the character's popularity in Germany. It came out in 2019 and there are only 500 worldwide.

It looks like they took the real ALF and shrunk him down. If you remember ALF sitting on the trolley in the Christmas episode, well it looks like that but much smaller. The pictures online don't do this thing justice. It is very, very expensive but also very limited and high quality.

On second thoughts, having now looked at the ALF Steiff in detail, it is poor quality for the price. Sigh. I am heartbroken but I think I have to return it. The last part of the nose (one side of it) has a white worn appearance on the felt and the black nostrils are faint compared to the others on his nose. The white worn felt is noticeable as the rest of the felt on the nose is light brown. This is unacceptable for something that costs £250! And is only 33 cm's tall. Elsewhere there are a couple of other issues, the stitching on the foot and cheek has left a white raised bump. I could have lived with this but the nose looks worn, this thing looks years old instead of brand new. I wouldn't bother guys, I can see why people have returned this now and there have been secondhand ones (from official Steiff) on e-bay.

The quality of workmanship on this product is poor for the price asked.
