Although the ALF TV Series never won an Emmy, this question comes from just one, truly classic, two-part episode that should have received several Emmys.

I could be wrong but I don't think it was that episode if it is true I believe they got him Hamster. I could be wrong though.

That's right. The Tanners got ALF a hamster and he said something similar to ,"Oh boy! It's just like a cat; same genus different speices. My hamster-loving sister didn't like that though and she was glad the Tanners returned him!
