No Problem quote question!

Post by ALFicionado »

I recently bought the first season of "The Cosby Show", which is a great show by the way, and I noticed his son says "No Problem" very often, is this a quote that ALF "stole"? Or is it just a coincidence?

AxelFoley,

While the "No Problem" quote here on Earth long predates either "ALF" or "Cosby", I would be willing to bet ALF made the most money merchandising the quote.

Annoyomous sources assure me that ALF did originate the "No Problem" quote back on Melmac.

I think that back in '84 when Theo Hucstable (Bill Cosby's "son") was about 15, "No Problem" was the thing to say. I'm guessing that later on it got picked by ALF... or again maybe it was just a coincidence.
