ALF's 20th Anniversary!

Thanks to AxelFoley who made a post today which gave me an idea. I think you all may like it. September 22nd 2006 marks the 20th Anniversary of ALF! I was thinking that something special should be done on the website to comemerate this event. Maybe a poll for the best ALF moment of all time, favorite episode, best ALF quote, etc. I think this would be great to celebrate the huge day. Everyone leave your comments because I'd like to hear what you have to say about the topic. Im even thinking about making my own little ALF site with something special for the 20th anniversary.

Here's a "dream" gift for ALF's 20th anniversary:

ALF TV MARATHON!

Major TV network (are you kidding?) or Cable TV network (possible?) buy the ALF TV Series package and run two shows back to back (would keep specials together) one night each week for fifty-one consecutive weeks.

I agree with you melmacian 56 that we should do something special on this board to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the show that we have come to love so much. I'll think out something good and post it here later, promise.

Im even thinking about making my own little ALF site with something special for the 20th anniversary.

That would be great! I think it would be good to see more active ALF sites out there. Very few are active anymore - even I am not as active as I would like to be sometimes. Most of the ALF sites don't even contain information on the ALF DVD sets!!!

Glad you like the idea, because I am working on the site as we speak. I will post more information in the coming days. This may take me a while to perfect due to the fact I am using Piczo instead of Tripod. Tripod was giving me problems after a few years of service.

I think there should be a t.v. reunion with ALF and the Tanner gang. Then have seasons 3 and 4 come out on DVD.

I agree something should be done to celebrate ALFs 20 th anniversary. I wish they would put him back on the tele but anything would be great.

Well guys,
I need some ideas for stuff to do on my site for the 20th anniversary. We already decided some polls. Im gonna put some downloads on there too. I created a 20th anniversary logo that your all gonna like. I just need some more ideas from you guys on some stuff to do. The web site will be launched soon but a lot of pages are under construction and wont be finished for a while.

All these suggestions sound great... but let's get a move-on! I'd like to help out with anything regarding the 20th Anniversary. Really, anyone give me a job! I can't pass up an oppurtunity like this! Let's go!

The ALF's 20th Anniversary page has finally been launched! It is not fully complete but things will be added in the days leading up to the 22nd. Right now, all you fans can vote in the ALF 20th Anniversary Awards. Visit the following link and I hope you all enjoy. I havn't had a lot of time lately and I'm just glad I have finally got this thing going and I hope you all understand. My full ALF site will be launched after the anniversary so bare with me.

I added some more stuff to the site. You can now download 20th Anniversary Wallpaper and print off a "How to draw ALF's head" tutorial.
