Congratulations! Beverly Archer is indeed the correct answer. In addition to playing the part of Mrs. Byrd in episodes of the "ALF" TV series and one of the Air Force military researchers that evaluated ALF in the TV movie "Project: ALF", Ms. Archer also has screenwriting credit for several of the "ALF" TV series episodes.
