ALFtv.NET Summer 2007 Contest!

I am proud to announce the first ever ALFtv.NET Summer 2007 Contest! It is a way for people here at the forum to win prizes for doing what they like to do...posting at the forum.

Prizes include:

1) Project: ALF movie DVD
2) ALF Animated Adventures DVD
3) ALF Tales DVD
4) ALF Season One DVD set

Thats awesome but the prizes should be better. Everyone has those already probably.

Unfortunately there is not much for ALF merchandise available right now. Almost nothing for t-shirts (actually, I don't know of any right now), no calendars, no boxers, no nothing. The only thing available new seems to be DVDs. The only other option was going on eBay and getting some used junk (which I'd rather not do). I'm looking for trading cards and things of that sort to hopefully lengthen the prize list a little.

There are actually quite a few people (even forum members) that do not own all of the ALF DVDs, so I am confident that the winners will be able to get something they do not have.

Also, please keep in mind that these prizes do come out of my own pocket (I don't have hundreds of dollars to spend on prizes - would be nice though).

That's really a great idea Jeremiah, as well as a generous one. I for one don't have the animated cartoons yet, so the prizes looks sweet!

Right now I think my list is at about 6-7 (I don't have it on me). People can participate at any time. So if someone joins the forum in July and posts they can still participate. My goal is for 25 people to participate, so we'll see...

I don't have my notepad with me, but around 15. Much better turnout than I expected! I'm definitely hoping to do this next year too (that'll give me a year to search for more ALF merchandise - ALF plush, comic books, etc.) - I think that'll make it more unique.
