Melmacian56,

If you would happen to come across a customer service number or e-mail of some sort please share it. I would love to get that information on the website. If they get called by several people they may take it more seriously than only one complaint.

as Rosco P. Coltrane says on The Dukes Of Hazzard...GOOD NEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWS GOOD NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWS!

haha

I emailed Maple Pictures, and actually got a reply. The guy said they are now manufacturing them with the missing episode, and he asked for my address, and said he'd send it out to me once they're manufactured. I guess they do wanna keep their customers.

I doubted that I would even get a reply back, so it's definitely good news.

I just got home from school and found a reply. This is definetly great news!

Admin,
To answer your question, here are the service numbers for each company:
Maple contact number is 416-944-0104
Maple tech. support address is info@maplepictures.com
Lionsgate contact number is (310) 449-9200
Lionsgate's tech. support address must not exist anymore because I sent an e-mail to them first about the problem and it kept sendng my message back. So the phone number is the only way to get through to them.

I'm definitely excited now.

I'll have to give away that copy that I bought, unless they just send replacement discs. I'll see in a few weeks or so what they decide to do, whether they send a whole new package, or just the discs.

I'm definitely glad I emailed them now though.

I wasn't going to do it because I thought it'd be a waste of time.

Oh ok, that still ain't bad then. I just hope it eliminates the duplicate Episodes. That part was annoying. I don't care if they leave in Mind Games because it is in the set originally, but I hope they take out those duplicates. I mean they're on disc 4, so why put em on disc 3 again?

pretty stupid.
I'll be satisfied though even with a replacement disc. They don't have to give us replacements, but they're doing it, so I respect that big time. It's good business to keep your customers happy. So anyway I just wanna say thanks to everyone who helped me out. I appreciate it. So far this seems to be a pretty cool board. Y'all seem to love the show, and love talking about it. So I think I'll be sticking around here.

Good idea man.

This has to be the best forum I'm a part of. I'm proud of you guys for helping keep ALF alive. Just to let you know, I wrote on my e-mail back to Maple that everyone from the forum really appreciates what you they doing.

I agree. I mean Alf to a lot of people might seem cheesy, but I watched it when I was a kid,and still has the same appeal today as it did back then. I still crack up at his jokes, and the show doesn't seem dated at all. I'm a member of a few different forums such as The Dukes Of Hazzard, A-Team, Miami Vice, and so far this one is the best one I've come across yet. So I just wanna say y'all rock! lol

did I say y'all? I must be from the south! lol

Melmacian56,

Thanks for the info. I'll write something up and include the telephone number (that they can call to hopefully get their replacement disc) and get it up on the site this week sometime. Thanks a bunch!!!

I posted information on the website about it.

http://www.alftv.net/news/alf9.html

I am keeping a list of e-mails (hopefully I'll get a few) so when any of us find something out (whether a replacement disc will be offered, etc.) I can send out an e-mail. I'm going to send out an e-mail to my mailing list too sometime this week as well.

Sorry, still no activity as of late. The represenative said it would be about 2 weeks till the replacement disc is released so until then, I'll have to twiddle my thumbs.
