i recorded mine wheni lived in phillidephia...

I don't got'em. I have a few episodes with the original bumpers, but no commercials. The shows I have are repeats from when our local NBC (in Dayton OH) would repeat them on Saturday afternoons. However, I think they are uncut.

oh no reason was seeing how popular they are .. i mean who still keeps there originals over there dvds .. i rather watchin ther originals than the dvds.. ..wonderin who made there ownwhen alf first shoewed. i remember tapeing mine and keepin them thru the years .. great to watch commercils lol ..

My question was not "be silly", and "pacman23" should be well aware of why my question was asked, especially after his follow up to original Topic post where interest in quality was also expressed.

there was really no reason .. casue i do have my own and i moved them to dvd so i can watch over and over .. was actully wandering casue i know severall people who have them and there tapes not last long eaither they broke or they dont have vcr anymore .. i know 1 person who has htem on beta haha now thats funny .. rare to see beta .. but i was jsut wondering is all nothing behind it .. i think its great to that people save there old tapeings from there childhood .. i know the tapes are alot better thnen the dvds they put out these days .. im nt out to sell my stuff .. or anyhting .. i do have have alot of rare alf stuff that not even mentioned on here .. specials that he been in back in the 80s .like hosting cartoon mornins and ect . im u think i wanna find out caus ei would wnat them .. but thats not true at all .. anywas im not mad or anyting . was jsut a questing . .. but owell damage is done sorry for maken this question ..

I was dumb, I always paused during ads back in the day.

So now i'm missing all those great 80's ads =P

It's okay I have lots of 80's ads on my TNG tapes.

I need to replace my ageing VHS tapes of ALF.
