No an international coupon would work fine if your country has one. Mine doesn't, I sent 5 USD in the envelope instead which covered the cost for the postage back.

Since Sweden does not have any international coupons in Sweden for sale, you should go to the nearest FOREX office in Sweden and buy a 5 dollar bill (should cost about 30-35 SEK) to include in your letter.

Depends, for me, Mrs. Ochmonek autograph came around 3 weeks. So you will get the autograph latest by next year (Jan 2008).

I don't have an envelope that is large enough, do you think sending him a letter and a coupon would help, because the envelope does not fit Mrs Ochmonek's autograph.
