Sitcom will always be my favorite, but I too have been getting into the cartoons a little more. Currently in the process of ordering some ALF cartoons for my godson...he's getting to be that age!!!

I would definitely agree with TV show ALF. Even as a young child when the show was most popular, I just never really got into the animated series. While I enjoy listening and watching ALF in any form, I will always see him as this living, breathing being who belongs in the real world. It was that version that I fell in love with and is why I only own the series on dvd along with Project: ALF.

However, I am really considering picking up the animated dvds just in case they become as rare and I end up wishing I grabbed them when I could. Right now there are a couple on Amazon for less than $8 a piece. It is also a great entry for children. I have already shared my sitcom set and Storytelling ALF with a buddy of mine since his kids got a kick out of it.

The ALF from Melmac. You know, the heavy, hairy one who makes wisecracks and eats cats. Off the top of my head, I can only think of one other all-caps ALF, the Animal Liberation Front, about which I know very little.

Seriously, though, I would agree with all of those who say the sitcom. My Burger King ALF puppet comes in a close second.
