Re: The official thread for pictures of your ALF collections
Yay! Thanks for uploading Jeremiah. I apologize to everyone for the poor quality in some of these pictures. 1 of the pictures I uploaded to my computer actually never came out and I never realized it until I was uploading the pics onto my computer. It was a picture of the drawing of ALF holding a kitten by the throat which I all wanted you to see. You can still see it in some of the photos with all the merch laying on my bed...And yes you can see me standing in one of the pictures with my merchadise haha. Hope you all enjoy. Im very happy to have these finally posted because I have been so busy lately and I am glad I found to time to get all the pictures and round up all the merchandise If there's any questions about my collection then feel free to ask me. There is only 1 thing I have not put in the pictures and that is my copy of the ALF computer game because it is hiding somewheres but I am not worried about it because I have it loaded on my computer.

Re: The official thread for pictures of your ALF collections
So it was YOU!! Was thinking about getting those but decided against it, some other time. Don't know too much about them I'm afraid, would be great if you could take pics of some pages from them.Admin wrote:BTW: Nice collection!!!
I've got three ALF magazines that I bought today that I intend to read and post pictures of as well. Anyone ever read any of the ALF magazines? What do you think of them?
Melmacian, truly a GREAT collection. I enjoyed every picture there, worth the wait, no doubt. Though, I do feel I need to tell you you've got the wrong Scarface poster in the room, did they send you the wrong one?
Another thing I saw with delight, you have TWO ALF Is Back calendars, any chance you want to get rid of one of those? I don't own one would but would love to, haven't seen one on Ebay for ages
Anyways, GREAT collection!

Re: The official thread for pictures of your ALF collections
Thanks everyone!
Spanks4,
I never really considered myself a Melmaniac but thanks anyways HA!
Anders,
1 of the calendars was used and a little bent up from it hanging on the wall for a long time and the other is still in the package. I'm sorry but I am not willing to part with any of them but since I see you are interested I have took some time and looked it up on the internet and I have have found some that you can buy. Just type in: "Alf is back 2006 calendar" on Google. There is a number of calendar stores selling the calendar for 12.99 and there is a bunch being sold on Amazon.

Re: The official thread for pictures of your ALF collections
Admin.
Some information for you on "ALF Magazine":
There were eight (8) seasonal issues published during the short life of "ALF Magazine".
WINTER 1989 / SPRING 1989 / SUMMER 1989 / FALL 1989
WINTER 1990 / SPRING 1990 / SUMMER 1990 / FALL 1990
Overall, "ALF Magazine" is a good read which I subscribed to primarily for the articles, and not the nude pictures. HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
One of my favorite sections in each issue of the magazine is the "BIG YUKS" page where some of ALF's most loved "corny" joles are printed. I haven't been to a party yet that I couldn't quickly kill by walking around telling ALF's jokes. HA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Definitely, the complete run of "ALF Magazine" a must have, very valuable addition to any ALF collection.
Mike

Mike any idea how many there are in the complete set? I have a few that I scored a couple years ago, but haven't seen a list of all of them so I know which are which.

Thanks Mike and sorry about that! I totally missed the issue list you clearly posted haha. I guess I am having to much excitement getting in touch with my collection. I don't think it will compare to yours, but one day maybe I can get over there and check it out!

Re: The official thread for pictures of your ALF collections
Only a few things are missing in the pictures: Alf pillow and sheets *in the washer for the yearly clean*, Alf marbles & furry Alf costume which I am awaiting these to show up in the mail. Otherwise this is my entire collection as of today. Hope you enjoy! I know the pictures are the greatest, but the camera was dieing.
Re: The official thread for pictures of your ALF collections
Sorry I forgot a few other things as well: a couple posters, my BIG Alf doll, and some shirts. The camera is dead and I am late for something so I guess pictures of that stuff will have to wait until the room is put back together!
EDIT: I forgot to take pictures of the movies also. See what happens when the collection gets to dang big?

Don't know what to say except "wow", so far the biggest ALF collection I've seen. You've got a crazy amount of stuff that I'd love to have in my collection.

Re: The official thread for pictures of your ALF collections
Well thanks everyone for the kind words. I am in the process of trying to find a cheap twin sized bed for the room and more shelving so that I can display everything without having to box anything up at all. Trying to lay the room out to give the maximum amount of space for shelving and stuff for the walls is becoming really difficult, but it shall be done in a month or so.

Would you mind sending us that stuff.. FOR FREE???
