Dream Sequence Episode

Hi peeps,
really nice to find a community who are still psyched about ALF such as this one!
Alf really inspired my childhood as well and I thought that I've watched all episodes many times, but now I've stumbled across a little clip,
which seems to be a hallucination or dream of ALF, in which all Tanners are dressed in black show-costumes,tighs and hats and dance along with magic wands
in their hands, singing something like "Da Da DaaaDaDa"... That was really amazing - but I couldnt remember having watched that Episode before!

Can anybody name the Episode and the Season
