Repeat episodes in Season 4 DVD

Hi. I am new here, so I don't know if this has been covered already. But I just started watching the Season 4 DVD's and notice some repeat episodes from the previous season. Why is this? I figured maybe the show ran a shorter season that year and the DVD folks added some repeats to round out the collection. But that's just a guess on my part. But so far I came across Mind Games and Fever.

We have covered that in previous posts but I can't find the exact topic on here. There are repeat episodes on Season 4 because the productions numbers for those episdoes show that the episodes were filmed during Season 3 but didn't air until Season 4. They put the same episodes on the Season 3 set because the production numbers were with Season 3 episodes.

You may want to check out the following thread. There were a number of people including myself that had missing episodes on the Season 4 set. You should double check your discs to make sure you are not missing any. If you are indeed a victim, follow the instructions later on in the thread and you should have no problem getting replacement discs.

I'll have to watch the DVDs through because for some reason...only season two came with a track list. The rest don't. So thanks for the tip.

If you're talking about the He Ain't Heavy, He's Willies Brother episode, I have it. So apparently I got the right discs.

There was also a problem in the US with Season 4 sets missing 2 episodes. So make sure you check through.

I was upset when I bought the region 1 dvd because "Make 'em laugh" and "It's my party" were not on there, but "He ain't heavy" and "when I'm 64" were on there twice. I can't wait for the uncut region 2 dvd to come out in October
