ALFanatic - my new fansite!

Hello everyone!

I’ve been keeping a little secret from the members here on the forum for about five years now. Since 2006, I’ve worked on a new ALF site, on and off. Life has gotten in the way at times, as it usually does. However, I worked very hard on it this summer so that it would be ready for the 25th anniversary of the Pilot episode airing of ALF. It’s been ready for the official launch for months now, awaiting today’s date which is finally here. The launching of this site is really a dream coming true for me, as I've wanted to do it for five years now.

I had a hard time coming up with a good name for the site, but I decided to name it ALFanatic as a tribute to our lost forum member, the former Asst. Admin Mike Conway, who was known to many of us as ALFanatic here on the forum. My fansite is dedicated to him.

The site has a lot of sections and information not available on other fansites, it also includes an interview with a cast-member of the show! Here are some of the things you can read about at the site:

I bought a .net domain for the fansite, but something went seriously wrong with the site where I bought the domain name, so I had to settle for its original domain name: http://www.alfanatic.webs.com/, but you can also access it via http://alfanatic.tk/, which may be easier to remember. Hopefully, soon enough, it can move to alfanatic.net once everything gets settled.

Even though there are tons of stuff on the site, there are still things I plan to add, so make sure to be on the lookout for updates! I hope you'll enjoy the site, since I've put my heart and soul into it, which I hope will show.

Awesome stuff Anders, just spent the last hour on your site having a good read and discovered some great info and stuff I never knew (Paul Fusco used to get a massage on the set) didn't know that.

Congratulations I will be checking back on that for sure.

The ALF fan base is getting bigger again, just in time for the movie!

Those are unique hits, too! Don't really have a reference guide as to what's good and not, but I'm happy with those kind of numbers.

I've updated the site by adding a whole new section; News. Among other things, I've written a little about the 25th Anniversary Newsletter and also added a link for those who wants to download it. Hopefully it will get a few more downloads now.
