OMG!! I really love the season 3 and 4 alf opening. SEASONS 3 AND 4 Rocked so much.

Hello, opey, fellow moderator. Yes, I definitely think that Seasons 2 & 3 were what I like to call the 'prime seasons'. Those have a LOT of the funniest ALF episodes IMO.

Being big into music (orchestral, jazz, etc.) I personally like the theme from seasons 3+4 the best - go sax!

Yes seasons 3 & 4 were the shizznit. I love the episode Hooked on a Feeling, in my opinion it is one of the funniest ALF episodes there is. Consider Me Gone was a really good episode. it made me cry when i first watched it at the age of 10. but music wise i really love the 3 & 4th season. those seasons were just all together awsome!!

I'd give an edge to the saxophone theme as well. It had a great air about it.

both are quite good, but i love the theme for the 1st and second, it makes me remember good moments in my life, and also is more original, the second, i'ts very cool too, but it isn't like the first one

I would lean toward the seasons 1 and 2 theme more. Seasons 3 and 4 are okay though.

I think season 3 is when the theme song changed right? I like that one a lot because the first theme song sounded too electronic. The second sounded more musical

I like 3-4 better not just for the music, but because they showed clips from past episodes.

I have a question regarding the theme song from season 1-2. I've downloaded the theme from several places, and the length of the songs are different, one is 1:02, another 1:08, and another one is even 01:12. I can hear that the theme is dragged out, the tempo is slower. How long is the original theme song?? I can't download the theme here because I don't have RealPlayer...

I like the theme song from seasons 1 and 2 because of electronic music that was used, that was pretty good for those days.
