DVD Releases

In August 2004, season one of ALF came out on DVD. Then in August 2005, season two came out. I like to ask this question. Why does it take so long for a season of ALF to come out on DVD?

Staged release allows pre-designed, reasonable time period to promote and maximize sales of the current release.

It just isn't fair that other shows get quicker DVD releases than ALF.

Yeah, they got shows like Friends and Star Trek in no time. Every time you turned your head there was a new set out. That 70's Show is getting to be the same way right now.

I'm also frustrated that they don't have shows like Mr. Belvedere or Dave's World on DVD yet.
