As some people already know I am in the process of writing a letter to Paul Fusco. It has been sitting on the "drawing board" for several months now because I want to get the wording just right. I am terrible at writing formal letters, and no amount of waiting is going to make it better. If anyone has any feedback on my letter I would greatly appreciate any advice.
I play on sending it off Friday.

Dear Mr. Fusco:
I am writing to you regarding my ALF website. My site (http://www.alftv.net) has been online for about three years, and I am always looking for new material to add. My newest page is on cast and crew interviews. Because of this I am interested in creating a special page called “Ask ALF” in which curious fans can ask questions. I was wondering if it would be okay for me to send you a few short questions every few months to be answered. There is so much about ALF that dedicated fans want to know. I also believe that this will help keep people interested in ALF for years to come. With my website receiving 300+ visitors each day I think this would be quite beneficial for the ALF franchise.
If you would please write me back, or give me a telephone call, regarding my inquiry it would be greatly appreciated. If you are interested in checking out my website and giving me feedback on what you would like to see included that would be appreciated as well.
Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to read my letter. On my forum there have been several people who have received autographs from you, and I am truly grateful that you stay in touch with your fans.
Jeremiah,
I gotta say, that is an excellent letter. It is great how you have everything worded. Good luck with it and I think you are doing the right thing by getting the guy who created our hero to scout the site. Having a touch from Mr.Fusco is something that would be a dream come true to the ALF Fan site community. By doing this, you are going 1 step further then any other ALF fan site has gone.
I think it's a great letter, Jeremiah. You're not pushing it, you are instead showing respect and letting him know that you appreciate him taking the time to read the letter and such, those things are always a big plus.
