Why alf was cut?

Your complete, unsyndicated series will also be "ILLEGAL", unless source is an ALF fan who sold/traded only his personal collection which was converted from VHS to DVD solely for longer storage life.

I doubt that ALF and/or Paul Fusco would agree with your point of view.

As for the source of my "uncut" ALF TV series, I watched and VHS taped each and every episode during the original airing of ALF, and I have also purchased each of the Season DVD sets (although syndicated) to also add to my collection.

I guess some people want the real deal, not some cheap knock-off, that won't look pretty in the shelf.

Like I said, I think most people, fans of ALF, wants the real deal because a couple of ripped DVD's won't look good in the shelf, it's called being a collector/fan.

Others are just wishful thinking that there will be a uncut DVD release in the future.
