A youtube account & channel owned by ALF?

I think this could be a great idea. Why don't Paul Fusco create a Youtube account & channel exclusively for ALF? He could just make some short clips, of just about anything. ALF commenting on news, politics, etc. I think it would really hit high on youtube as there are lots of fans still out there who just needs a reminder of the 'ol ALFer's greatness. If you watch some ALF-related videos on youtube you'll see they are most likely to be very high rated, with many comments like "Oh I remember ALF, he was the coolest" etc.

This could create a huge boost for ALF's career, since he hasn't been seen for about a year after the O'reilly apearance. The great buzz, proved by the hits, comments & ratings the videos gets, could help Fusco get some interest in a new talk-show or movie, which he's been planning for quite some time now.

Has anyone ever told you that you are a GENIUS!!! I can't believe that I never thought of this. It would be perfect. If Barack Obama can use Youtube to get to the people, why not ALF?? Though now that you have brought this up, I noticed that there is a Youtube user named ALF who posts clips from the show. But the REAL ALF using Youtube to boost his career back to its old heights sounds like a 5 star idea!

That would be awesome it might even spawn his glorious return to TV,you could even bring the original Tanners' back as commentators!Hell ALF should be doing Brian Williams job on NBC!

If Paul Fusco did have the desire, intitative, and funds necessary to promote ALF via the internet, what would be the reasons to use "youtube", rather than develop his own ALF website?

Good point. THere never has been an "Official" ALF web site.

An own site would be neat as well, but it wouldn't be as hyped up over the internet like a youtube channel would be, at least I don't think it would. What's great about youtube is that you find videos you've never searched for simply with a few clicks. Many, many browsers would literally stumble upon ALF videos and get a nice flashback, and perhaps fall in love with the little alien all over again. It's by chance that I became a huge ALF fan after all those years, I'm sure I'm not the only one out there.

That would definitely be neat! What I want to do over winter break (when time permits) is upload all of the videos located on this site to YouTube, WITH a link to the website in the description. My hopes is that that will promote the website a little more...TV stations do that sometimes on YouTube, so it must work???
